Wednesday, December 2nd, 2009Whether it is due to the tax credit, lower prices, lower intrest rates or increased confidence in the economy, The Cape Cod Times reported today that home sales were up 46.4% for the month of November.
Now may be the time to buy before this heightened activity causes higher interest rates and higher home prices.
