According to an article in today’s Cape Cod Times, Cape Cod home sales continue to surge.
It states that in February, for the third month in a row, the value and volume of real estate sales were both up from last year.
349 sales were completed, which is and increase of of 31% over last year and monthly sales volume has been up compared with the same month in the previous year since October, after 11 months of steady decline.
