Coastal Properties in Chatham has closed its Chatham real estate office.  Carol Blair has moved to Chatham Properties Group, also in Chatham.  In order to make the transition easy for Carol's customers and for those accessing our website to search for real estate via Multiple Listing Service, we have updated our MLS links to route our visitors to the corresponding MLS pages on the Chatham Properties Group website.

If you have signed up with Coastal Properties in the past to search MLS or receive DailyAlerts by email, you will continue to receive these from Carol Blair through the same MLS-Navigator application but from Chatham Properties Group instead of from Coastal Properties.
